You’re not bad at eating.
You have a brain that was never taught how to feed itself. You’ve tried meal prep. Tracking apps. Diet programs. Intuitive eating. All of it. And none of it stuck not because you’re lazy or undisciplined, but because none of it was built for your brain.
You’re an ADHD woman in perimenopause. Your hunger cues don’t work like everyone else’s. You forget to eat until you’re in crisis. Decisions feel impossible. And by evening, the whole day has fallen apart, again. Meanwhile, your body is changing in ways that feel completely out of your control, such as weight gain that doesn't make sense, especially when you are barely eating to begin with.
You’re not broken. You’re just running a brain that’s never had the right support. That’s exactly what Fed, Strong & Done With the Fight was built for.
This is not another plan to fail.
This is a community built specifically for the ADHD brain in perimenopause. Built for you from the ground up. Food first. Body follows.
When eating feels steady, everything else becomes possible: your energy, your fitness, your confidence, your body composition goals. All of it starts here.
Community Details
This is a 2-month minimum commitment.
You’ll be automatically billed $39/month. After your second payment, you’re free to cancel anytime.
The two-month minimum is intentional. The first few weeks are about stabilizing, learning, and undoing a lot of second-guessing. Two months gives you enough time to actually feel a shift instead of quitting right as things start to click.
You’ll receive access immediately after purchase, including an invite to the BONUS private Facebook group.
What You Receive as a Member
The No-Cook Meals Guide
200+ mix-and-match meal ideas for low-energy days, busy schedules, and “I can’t deal with cooking” days, so that when your brain is done, your body still gets fed. No prep. No planning. No dishes. No decision spiral.
8-Week Nutrition Foundation
A 20-page clear, week-by-week framework that teaches you how to think about food, not just follow rules, so that you stop standing in front of the fridge frozen, and start trusting yourself again.
You’ll learn how to understand your body’s actual needs so that food stops feeling random, emotionally loaded, and exhausting to figure out every single day.
You’ll learn:
-
How to think about food in terms of your specific calorie needs & how to use that to help when deciding what to eat (this gives you a mental anchor so meals stop feeling random or emotionally driven)
-
How protein, carbs, fats, fiber, and hydration support your energy and hormones
-
How to approach your individual goals (want to lose weight, want to maintain, or want to gain?) It's all included.
-
Why consistency matters more than perfection
This is macro education without obsession. Tracking is presented as a neutral tool rather than a requirement. The goal is understanding, increasing confidence, and freedom, not control.
For many ADHD women, having clear parameters actually reduces anxiety instead of increasing it, because it removes guesswork.
This reframes counting as a nervous system support tool, not a restriction tool.
Weekday Community Support (Mon–Fri)
A private space to ask questions Monday through Friday and get real guidance without judgment. What’s shared here stays here. No perfection required. No shame allowed. This is a bonus Facebook Private group. You are not required to join, but it is there for you if you need it.
Ongoing Access
The 8-week foundation gives structure, but this is not a one-and-done program.
You remain inside the community for as long as it supports you. As this space grows, new resources and guidance will continue to be added.
This Is for You If:
-
You’re an ADHD woman, especially 35+, navigating perimenopause with weight gain from undereating
-
You forget to eat until it’s an emergency
-
Deciding what to eat feels genuinely exhausting
-
You’ve tried everything, and nothing has stuck
-
You want to feel stronger, lighter, and more in control of your body
-
You need something steady to come back to on your own terms, whenever you need it
You don’t need perfect consistency or full motivation to start. Results vary, but women in this space consistently report feeling stronger, more in control, and yes, the body changes follow. (I lost 8lbs in 6 weeks when I started doing what I am going to teach you.)
You get immediate access as soon as you join: the No-Cook Meals Guide, the 8-Week Foundation, and your community invite. No waiting.
You’ve fought hard enough alone. Let’s do this differently.
This Community Is Not For You If:
-
You’re looking for rigid rules or a fast fix
-
You want someone to micromanage your food
-
You’re unwilling to challenge all-or-nothing thinking
If you are currently struggling with an active eating disorder or food guidance feels unsafe right now, this community is not appropriate support. While this space is weight-inclusive and non-restrictive, it does not replace individualized medical or mental health care. Your safety comes first.
